Dr Zeshan Ali is a Queensland trained Rehabilitation Medicine Physician. Graduating in 2002 from King Edward Medical College in Lahore with Honours, and was awarded a Gold Medal in Anatomy, before  moving to Australia.Here he commenced his training in Rehabilitation Medicine at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Spinal Injuries Unit. He went on to gain further training  at The Prince Charles Hospital, Mater Brisbane and the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital. On completion of this training he was awarded the Fellowship of Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine with Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Dr Ali went on to complete a Master of Medicine specialising in Pain Management at the University of Sydney with Distinction and has a special interest in the management of complex pain conditions. He  has a strong interest in medical education and training in the clinical setting and was an ajunct Senior Lecturer at James Cook University. 

Dr Ali is a passionate advocate for developing rehabilitation services in regional Australia. He brings a wide range of experience in Rehabilitation Medicine from both the public and private sectors, including the management of stroke and spasticity, neurodegeneration conditions, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, orthopaedics (pre and postilitationperative cases) complex pain management, musculoskeletal injuries and amputee rehabilitation.
