Strong Hearts Cardiac Day Rehabilitation Program

Do you have heart disease?

Our Strong Hearts Cardiac Rehabilitation Program provides individually tailored support for people who:

• have heart disease
• have had a cardiac procedure
• have heart failure
• or experience risk factors associated with heart disease.

The aim of the program is to help people return to their previous lifestyles and activities through exercise and education. Strong Hearts provides an education and exercise program in a safe and monitored environment and assists participants to set and achieve meaningful goals.
